Strategy in Action

Wenzel brings 40 years of successful and intentional business leadership, with 22 years of that in non-profit youth development programs. Her qualifications include being a Certified Public Manager through Saginaw Valley State University, a Certified Fundraising Manager through the Lilly Family School of Philanthropy at Indiana University, and a Positive Psychology Practitioner.

Bev has the leadership skills, passion, and experience needed to foster cohesive, strategic communities across the nation by intentionally leading and managing nonprofits and positively impacting youth. Focus areas include developing sustainable change that builds a culture where skill-building is central to youth development, restoration takes priority over traditional discipline, and the quality of life for young people and those without a voice is enhanced.
